I've been lucky so far, the worst I had was the last time I watched it I sat near a little kid who laughed when Mo'at was crying. I forgave her because she was little, but it was still annoying.

I'm all for a Team Na'vi shirt. It would be hilarious.
I don't think anyone was breathing when I saw it last. You could hear a pin drop on carpet. I was afraid to laugh at the funny parts.

People laughed during the mating scene.  :-[

...I giggled during that too.

I'm just as bad as the skxawng!!  :'(

As long as it was a "Aww that's cute" laugh and not a "Hehe they be rockin the tree" laugh

I have to admit, I giggled out of embarrassment at that part. Part of me just won't grow up and get over it.  ::)

Oh god please no.  No Team Na'vi anything.

I'd rather not deliberatly associate Avatar with twilight, if it's all the same to you guys xD  I mean, I'm not saying you SHOULDN'T like twilight or anything (Eywa help me, I did.  Signed copies of twilight and new moon anyone?)  But I would like to keep the two fandoms separate xD

Well I more meant it as a jab at Twilight. I detest the whole lot of it with my being so I would find a Team Na'vi shirt as ironically hilarious. I guess it wouldn't work so well for people who like the series.

i actually no longer like the series. It's popularity ruined it for me because people started analyizing it and i realized they were RIGHT.

My objection is merely that something like Team Na'vi doesn't seem so much a jab at twilight so  much as an identification with it.  I guess i'm just sensitive because i have a friend who wont stop equating Twilight fanbase with Avatar fanbase, and it gets my back up xD

I think that twilight doesn't even deserve any sort of comparison to Avatar. I hated twilight so much, I didn't even like the books which were still better than the movies.

Ugh, we are a million times better than the Twilight fanbase. Believe me, I work at a movie theater so I have to see the fans everyday. Twitards are probably the most annoying fanbase I've ever scene. They. Squeal. So. Loud.

The midnight showing for Twilight was one of the worst nights of my life >.>

Plus with Avatar we have more to fan out about. There is a lot going on within the world of Pandora. With Twilight you just have an emotionally unhealthy relationship...

Totally agree with the entire post to be honest... all i can say is... sit at the back...

1st time i went i was at the back and it was great... the sound quality is the best at the back due to the surround and there is no one munching on popcorn or slurping on some drink right behind you.

2nd time i went i was at the back again, this time on the opposite side... was just as good... obviously not the initial movie experience but i loved every second of it still... same great sound quality even if there were some awestruck foreigners sitting in front of me 'ooh'ing and 'aah'ing at the spectacle.

3rd time i went i was in the middle/middle... some say the best seats... i say otherwise! You can hear everyone behind you munching and slurping and the sound is slightly quieter, the screen distance isn't noticable either. But then this 70 year old guy was laughing SO loudly at the bits that aren't even funny... like the bit where he is looking at his Queue and says 'freaky'... he started crying with laughter... and other than that a party of clearly under 12 year old kids sat in front of us, talking all the way through, despite me shouting 'SHUT THE F*** UP' at them...

Lesson in cinema... sit at the back!

Yeah, we always sit near the back when we go to the movies. It also helps prevent neck strain from looking up.

The only problem with the way back is that it can mess a little with the 3D.
