Very nice, well done. :)
Just remember that "price on request" often means in the price class 100 000 000+, which is why I've never included them. :( But it's worth looking up, I guess, you never know.

BTW, there is also the tropical plantation on Malo (Vanuatu), which is on Private Islands Online and which I found on Google maps the other day.
A tropical plantation with a small island, in total adding up to 2300 acres.

But I am not trusting Vanuatu, It's serious powerful earthquake activity there, and then I mean almost everyday

just today has it been 4 earthquakes over magnitude 4. One at 4.9, two at 4.7 and one at 4.6

yesterday was it at 5.1(only one earthquake)

Nìmwey

You already listed an island from Vanuatu yourself. ::)

Tsanten Eywa 'eveng

yeah, I know it, I just posted it here, I removing it

Thank you for all these information. This is interesting, although this is still too expensive I believe.  :)

Good job!

However, I am still afraid that these lands could be very expensive (French Polynesia has extremely high prices). but I can still add them into the list of other locations.

Wouldn't Ireland be a bit cold?  ;D

Hmm, this does not tell the average temperature in the region, but it does not seem bad.  :)

Again, the price does frighten me. It seems like you really need to buy a whole islands to be sure to stay on it freely, legally and so. I know islands in French Polynesia are astronomically expensive, according to my research.

It's almost no snowfall in low areas of Ireland

In hills and mountainous areas sees 40 days of snowfall per year
the most low areas sees a few days with snow(from December to March), or no snowfall at all during all seasons

So snowfall on the coast of Ireland is very uncommon

However, in recent winters, there has been a significant increase in prolonged "cold snaps", in which heavy snow does fall across Ireland for several weeks, often causing disruption to traffic and services across Ireland. Consequently, there have been increased calls to prepare the country for snow and ice, including the distribution of grit, salt, and other snow-treatable minerals. In late 2011, the Irish Government set up "Winter-Ready", in order to prepare the country for such severe weather.

here's the location of Mutton Island

Tsmuktengan

Yet, even if snow fall is uncommon, temperatures can go pretty low.

This is a possible. As someone who is used to high temperatures (such as Brazilian ones which are no problem for me), I see this as a bit cold. But this is just my opinion. ;D

Does not look bad, but it looks far too expensive.

I doubt islands are a solution for a reliable location, looking at the price and the fact it is not that easy to get there. Just a thought...  :-\

Yet, very good job. You find more places and more information than me.  :)

Well actually, very very very much expensive than Hawaii

for example:
Kardiotissa Island who is 280 acres, cost €6.5 million

Nafsika Island who is 1,235 acres, cost €6.9 million

St. Thomas who is 300 acres, cost €12 million

the most expensive Island in Greece is named "Island of Patroklos" and is 643 acres, and it cost €150 million :o

OhhhhHHHHHH!!!!! That's expensive

Here is the picture of "Island of Patroklos"

here's an another picture

here's a cave inside the Island

Tsmuktengan

French Polynesia is even more expensive, being a true nature paradise with outstanding landscapes that have nothing to envy compared to the hallelujah mounts. Like many other small tropical islands, prices are extremely high since it is a market for very rich families.

There are other issues related to islands, especially the difficult access and the long travels required, which is not what we want in case of emergency. This is among the biggest issues with such islands.
