What do we want from our tribe location?

Having found it increasingly difficult to figure out what we want from our tribe location, I have come up with this basic list to describe what we want. The main goal is to get a clear picture of what we are looking for in our tribe location as a community. Please take the time to fill out this list as this will help in our hunt for a location. I thought if everyone who is interested in being a part of the Real Life Na'vi tribe could fill out this list within the next two weeks. After this time I will add a pole of all the various options and we can vote on all the different ideas. If you have any additional ideas that I have not covered then please put them in the additional ideas section. I will compile all the data from this section seperately and any popular ideas from that section will be included in the poll regardless of my opinion of them. Irayo oeyä ma smuk ulte Eywa ngahu. Basic list of what we want from our tribe location.

Location/s: (country/s or you can be as specific or vague as you like)
Environment: (forest, jungle etc)
Types of land: (e.g. potential for agricultural land as well as hunting + sleeping areas etc)
Size of land/s: (minimum amount of total land as well as how much of other types e.g. agricultural land)
Climate: (self explanatory)
Local resources: (all resources including plants, animals, local materials, water resources, etc)
How isolated: (how far from people, hospitals, trade etc)
Additional ideas: (whatever else you'd like to say)

Location/s: oceania
Environment: jungle or at least some sort of forest (preferably dense)
Types of land: mostly for hunting and gathering not so much agriculture
Size of land/s: id say a couple hundred acres maybe less
Climate: warm
Local resources: well water, huntable animals, nuts berries etc
How isolated: well reasonably isolated (so that we dont get really annoying people who just wanna pry) but close enough to civilisation in case of emergancies

Its getting old, but here it is:

Location/s: Hawaii (its always a posibility!)
Environment: rainforest (jungle-ish)
Types of land: "potential for agricultural land as well as hunting + sleeping areas etc"
Size of land/s: I haven't checked, but its probably not a lot...
Climate: "self explanatory"
Local resources: plenty of wildlife, plants, water, etc. (just look at it!)
How isolated: probably not far enough from people, but they are all supposed to be the kindest people in th world, and it close to hospitals and such
Additional ideas: I know it doesn't seem likely, but there is always a chance it could work out (even for a summer camp kind of thing!)

Irayo Nanki, please do try and stay on topic for now at least, I only intend to keep this open to debate for a couple weeks so anyone who takes the time to fill this out has my gratitude as this will help in finding a location for the tribe, while I'm here I'll post Twonyu Ikranä's list

Location: North or south amarica (not an island. To expensive/hard to get on and off)
enviorment: jungle or forest
type of land: hunting
size of land: couple hundred acres
climate: warm to temperate
access to local resourses: water, huntable animals, lots of edible plants, not many possinus plants, trees, fish seems like a good idea to have near by
isolation: not to far but far enough that they wont bother us or we wont see them

well here are my thoughts but i think they come very close to everybody else's

Location/s: somwhere around the equator
Environment:jungle, rainforest, ...
Types of land:mostly hunting but also some areas for agriculture and of course sleeping areas
Size of land/s: this wil depend on the amount off people who want to join
Climate: preferably something warm
Local resources: hunting, ikran (to learn how to ride them), edible plants, fresh water
How isolated: as for away as possible
Additional ideas: back to basic (nothing technological only what we can create ourselves)

Climate: tropical!
Local resources: fish/wildlife/plants/dinosaurs!
How isolated: its under miles of ice in the center of Antarctica!

Types of land: Kind with dirt
Size of land/s: 150 acres+
Climate: Warm all year, not deadly hot
Local resources: Running water, decent amount of huntable wildlife
How isolated: Some town, just on the horizon
Additional ideas: Must not be in a place that has deportation or execution immediatly or at all
