I think that taking a horse is simply complicating the matter far more than it needs to be. There is no real advantage other than you get to ride your horse which you want to do, personally I think that there are no SIGNIFIGANT real advantages to this so why make things harder than they need to be? I will create a poll for this but I really think that some need to accept the reality of tribal living, it is not easy and making things harder for yourself is like signing a death warrant for yourself. Why do you need to make a poll? Democracy is lovely and all, but Sayprìsä is the only one arguing for horses now.

What about the horse's wants?
I don't know if this was meant seriously or not, but I completely agree. :D (especially with everything I've already said about the horses safety, or lack thereof, in whatever forest/jungle we pick.)

@Sayprìsä: Even if you end up being the only one who brings a horse to the tribe, all the things I listed in my previous post still apply. The health of the horse, what it will eat if we're not near any plains, the cost of vet trips (and if you plan on paying for them out of your own pocket, I have no idea how you'll do that if you don't have a "real" job,) and the danger to the horse and yourself.
And if you just want to ignore all that, save us the trouble and just write "tl;dr." We'll understand.

I don't have the slightest clue what tl;dr. means.

But unless there is an explicit rule against horses, then I'm bringing him.  He used to be an endurance horse, so he can deal with footing.  As for vet and stuff, he's never had a sick day in the 5 years that I've owned him.
