something like hunting for your own or hunting an animal we have deemed off limits would be grounds for a medium punishment which at this point, i think, we'd all agree that the best form would be manual labor.

thats not what I mean by disrespecting I mean like torchering rabits or squirls or killing things for no reason or hunting for fun not food (hunting for food can be fun just you can just hunt for sport) and cuting down trees when we don't need wood or lumber or just riping bark off trees or writing your name in the bark

The tribe will have to function together, if people go against the best interests of the tribe then the entire tribe will suffer. People who are in the tribe will have to learn to work together or it simply will not work. Chores/Manual labour could be useful as a punishment, but remember the person who has committed the crime will need to accept that they have done wrong and learn from it, otherwise the tribe will crumble.

Yes, I think this is another thing we all agree on now. We really do all need to be working together as one group or this fails. And I really don't think anybody who is interested in this will be the kind of person who will go against the tribe. I think the worst we'll ever have to deal with is petty arguments.
