My thoughts of total Na'vi conversion....kind of. Maybe. Hm.

QuoteI drink 3 sodas a day, but lately I have been cutting back to either two or one sodas a day until I'm used to it

i tried that once, i actually went through withdrawal. at the end of the week my friends and family made me stop it. :)

Did you quit cold turkey, or try to ween yourself off it? That alone can make all the difference.

Parkour can literally be done almost anywhere.  As is the philosophy of Parkour, the practitioner adapts his/her movement to whatever environment they are in at any given moment in time.  As for training, I train at our local city park, which has a playground (playgrounds aren't just for kids ya know :) ), the local college has some great landscaping and architecture to train on, and nearly anything I find while around town that looks like it would be interesting and fun to train on... walls, stairways, handrails, you name it.  One can also train Parkour out in nature.  A run through the woods is fantastic training... climbing trees, rocks, jumping over and through obstacles in as fast, fluid, and efficient a manner as possible.  The idea is to build up endurance, strength, balance, fluidity, to be used in whatever environment you encounter.

I completely agree.  As rolls are a basis of safe landing, it is used A LOT.  Rolls are paramount to Parkour training.  But always ALWAYS train safe, know your own limits, and know when to stop.  Fatigue can be a major cause of injury if you continue training through it.

Quick question about the diet: What is the weight loss like in this period?

Judging by the way the diet forms, you will burn a lot off during the day, and after overeating it doesn't become fat, due to it "filling the gap" in terms of hunger, right?

I'm skinny as hell (:P) and as such I don't want to end up anorexic :S

I realise it probably doesn't make you lose weight that much, if not at all, and I'm probably just asking a question that has been answered already.

Also, I've just started the diet, 2 glasses of water, an apple and a Rooibos Tea this morning, and I do feel different to my usual self. Better. :)

yea i also feel different, i eat a whole lot less throughout the day except for lunch because i have rigorous practice and i need the energy. you may sense the hunger throughout the day but if you manage to ignore it or just eat a very small amount of food or drink something, the feeling subsides. but after a few days of doing this, i dont really realize that im hungry throughout the day. even at dinner im not too hungry but i still eat until im very much full.
