Definitely music (making & listening to), programming (for me, this can be quite relaxing as long as I don't run into some serious problems), computers in general (I like retro computing ;)). Before starting my studies I was also an active member of a gun club. Maybe I'll start again when I have finished my studies...

When I understand correctly the question, the Time Signal for the Clocks come from a Atomic clock transmitter in Mainfingen in Germany the Signal has the Name DCF77 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DCF77) The Time is really exactly  ;)

I was making a little pun. 'Where do you get the time/how do you find the time' means something like 'how do you accommodate the needs of this activity within your life'. As your hobby is collecting clocks you are 'finding time' in a different sense.  ;D
Please tell me if you see mistakes in a Na'vi post of mine. It's the only way I'll learn. :P

That's....a lot of drum books!

That they are.  I would estimate to work through all of them... it could take 5-6 years.  However, I should add that the first book, the Real Book, isn't a drum book at all! ;D it's got every jazz standard, most of them be-bop tunes, included in them with the melody, and then the chord changes.

sheesh... i have so many free time activites, i don't even know where to start...

well i guess, first of all: music. i play guitar, e-bass, synth, accordion and i'm currently learning piano and pipe organ.
oh, and i can play the "broomstick". an empty fabric softener bottle as a sounding box and a nylon string strained across make a nice instrument. i made it because smoking outside the house is incredibly boring.  ;D
additionally i compose music.

besides that i like to draw, edit pictures on my computer, i love to play video games, i like woodworks (especially bowcrafting and arrow fletching). i used to play LARP and P&P-RPGs and i want to start again with that as soon as my schedule allows it.

I'm also an hobby author focused on a sub genre of sci-fi novels, the so called "low fantasy dystopias" (nothing too fancy like star wars / star trek, more like matrix, equilibrium, or blade runner)

oh, and of course: practicing archery and wandring through the forrest.

ok, that's everything i can remember right now. but i guess there are some activites left i haven't mentioned yet.
i guess, i'm a geek ;D

No, no my friend. Avid and Edius are two different editing programs. My Avid version is Media Composer 3, 7, 2

Oops, no, not an Avid program user!

"Avid" means keen, or enthusiastic. As in "a keen sportsman". Pretty funny misunderstanding, actually! ;)

>.> I have too many hobbies to mention...

Besides Avatar, I enjoy writing (well okay technically right now it's sortof tangential to Avatar since my current project is an Avatar fanfic...), reading, raising vegitables, playing violin, singing, sewing (mostly costumes and sometimes plushies), hanging out at the cabin, walking in the woods, drawing when the mood hits me...  I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting...  Oh!  I also like doing needlepoint and cross-stitch...

ma Amaya, I wish I could play violin, that's a beautiful instrument to know :P
(if I could learn any other instrument besides guitar, I'd have a couple I'd want to know; violin, cello, piano, and harp :D)
