Woo! I just scored an HD projector just in time for the BluRay release of Avatar!

Now, should we have a meetup and Avatar showing for the Houston area?

Well, if I were 18 and had a car, then maybe.

Tyler, Texas here.

Eastern Texas here, anyone else close?

I actually live about 30 minutes away, and I'm in Tyler constantly for both the university (which is where I go to school) and work. Didn't think I'd find another person from Tyler on here.

I also just got the movie this past weekend and I have already watched twice in the same day. I don't think I can ever get tired of watching it. But it would be interesting to meet up with some of y'all . I am still eager to learn the language. I don't have much time to surf through the e-books because of college but if I could find it in paper that would make it easier.

I'll be moving to Houston when I get laid off from the resort I'll be working at in Greeneville, TN for the summer. Probably either September or October, 2010. I'd love to get to know some fellow Na'vi students then.

Eywa ngahu,

Dean

Update: I no longer plan on moving to TX

I live in the south east of Dallas area. I'm so glad some people live in Texas. It's interesting to see how much the language is spreading around.  :)

I live in Heritage of San Antonio. Anyone around that area?

Hi everyone in the Houston area!

How about a Meet-Up?

I know there are a few of us up here in the Northwest, and a few down there in the Southeast and a couple out there in Katy.  Looks like the most central area would be somewhere in the center of town.

How about a Meetup at like Memorial park some day?

Let's all talk about it.

WHEN will you be having the Drum Circle? It is a long trip for us from El Paso, and we need to be sure that when we go, the Circle will be there with drummers.

You should consider dropping in on the Sherwood Forest Renfaire that will be starting it's first year in Paige, Tx.  http://www.sherwoodforestfaire.com   I will be doing fireworks there.  Would be a good place for Texas Na'vi to meet up!  We will have a drum circle with drummers that know how to reach the soul.
