'upxsì. The a was a typo and I just forgot the plural on säfpìl and the patientive on tìme'em. Oeyä tìkawng.

Hm. Well we don't have a word for "blessing" the closest we have is meuia which I could use a si construction with. What would we be blessing/honoring?

So I would say it means something like "May the Great Mother smile (upon [...])" or something similar.
