Were you thinking of the funeral song?

Tree Song (Funeral Song)
We are all seeds
Of the Great Tree,
Whose strength is in our legs
Like the mighty trunks,
In our arms
As sheltering branches,
In our eyes
The blue-flower
Which unfolds to the sun.
We are all seeds
Of the Great Tree
Whose song is within us.
Utralä (a)Nawm

N(a) aysangek afkeu,

Na seze
A 'ong ne tsawke.
Utralä (a)Nawm

A peyä tìrol m(ì) awnga.

Edit: No, you were thinking of the actual prayer for the dead, duh. My bad. Here it is:

Oel ngati kameie, ma tsmukan, ulte ngaru seiyi irayo. Ngari hu Eywa salew tirea, tokx 'ì'awn slu Na'viyä hapxì.

I see you, brother, and I thank you. Your spirit will run with Eywa, while your body will remain and become part of the People.
We learn from our mistakes only if we are made aware of them.
If I make a mistake, please bring it to my attention for karma.

There was also Neytiri's prayer over the nantang she killed to save Jake...

Oeru txoa livu, ma oeyä tsmukan.  Hu nawma sa'nok tivul ngeyä tirea.
Forgive me, my brother.  May your spirit run with the great mother.
Ftxey lu nga tokx ftxey lu nga tirea? Lu oe tìkeftxo.

...And here's another variation, slightly modified and used in the SE/CE:

Oeru txoa livu, ma tsmukan.  Kivä set Sa'nok-Tirea.  Ngari hu Eywa salew tirea, tokx 'ì'awn slu Na'viyä hapxì.
Forgive me, brother.  Go now [to] the Mother-Spirit.  Your spirit proceeds with Eywa, your body stays a part of the Na'vi.
