For "Ngal yom ngeyä re'oti."   I would agree that this means, "You eat your head."  Such as an animal head.  If this was your own personal head, (however impossible), then you need to replace "ngeyä" with Ngari and move this single word to the front of the sentence as topical is used for inalienable possessions such as body parts, etc...

As to the use of "ko", that would infer that you are looking for agreement as a command.  If you really meant a question, I would personally use "kefyak".  However this would suggest asking if it was something in the past or future.  Did you do this..., or will you do this...

Could you describe the meaning of your sentence further?

-tsyìp is not only diminutive, but can be used as an insult, depending on context and intonation.
Also the genitive instead of topical tells me that his head isn't a part of the body, but something ready to be disposed off, because it is not good for anything else, especially for thinking.

That's precisely what it is supposed to mean, perhaps with out the 'to'. But it gives the imperative sense to this figure of speech, that is imoortant to its meaning.
