In the LEP area, there is a suggested word for "good" as noun, namely: *tìltsan or *tìtsan
Also in the LEP, there is a proposed word for "faithfulness" as *äspawze
And finally, "self-controll is also findable in the LEP area as *vllpäkx

However, these words aren't official, yet.

Unfortunately, at the moment, no.
You also have to take the context into consideration which this adverb comes from. It's used to say fyep nìklonu, "hold firmly/faithfully", the core meaning is "without releasing".

So it's not "faithful(ly)" in the sense of "being loyal or reliable"
