Kaltxì, ma ayeylan!

Could you please explain to me what do adpositions fkip and tafkìp (and, correspondingly, "up among" and "from up among" in English) mean? Any examples of their use (in either English or Na'vi) will be highly appreciated!

Kaltxì!

"fkip" is something like this:
Oe lu fkip ayvul. - I'm up among the branches.

"tafkip"
Oe zama'u tafkip ayvul. - I came from/ from up among the branches.

As i know... if it's wrong than i'd really like to know what's the real meaning and usage of theese, because than i could tell to a linguist that she was wrong ;)
(and if that linguist reads this, than please don't take me seriously!)
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)

So, if I've understood your point correctly, these adpositions should be read literally: "up among" points to something located above the speaker, and between some other objects?

I think so...
At least the linguist translated "fkip" like that ;)
(from english i'd never been able to understand this...)

Other thing is that if you know what fkip is, than you just add ta to it, and get tafkip (as the combination of thoose two - from + up among)
"Hrrap rä'ä si olo'ur smuktuä." ; "Ke'u ke lu ngay. Frakemit tung." (Assassin's Creed)
