I would just like to see if this is right. :]
Lu oeru tìkin a nume nì'ul Na'viyä lì'fyat, slä oe new srung fpi sìNume.
I am pretty sure about everything but "Na'viyä lì'fyat"
the topic, direct object, ect markers still through me off even though I have about them over and over >_<;
???

Kemaweyan

Yeah, that's almost correct :)

But I think it's better to use the clause lì'fyat leNa'vi, because Pawl used that :) Although perhaps Na'viyä lì'fyat also is possible and means "the language of Na'vi people".

Besides oe new srung fpi sìNume should be with ergative and patientive cases:

  oel new srungit fpi sìNume

P.S. Irayo, ma tsmuke. Lu oer prrte' nìtxan fwa nga zola'u fìtsenge. Zola'u nìprrte'! ;) :D
Thanks, sister. It's pleasurable to me that you came here. Welcome! ;) :D

Ah, Sìltsan! I'm getting better then. I'll get the hang of those particles one day!
Nìtxan irayo!

Shouldn't the last word be sanume?

No, sänume is teaching, but I think the meaning should be "learning". Perhaps, here should be tìnusume ;)

That's very good. I just saw sìnume and knew it wasn't a legal word. Neither is nume si which might be appropriate here if it were legal.

Well I got "Srung fpi 'sìNume'" right from the Na'vi only forum section. "Srung fpi sìNume|Help with Learning" I'm not arguing just saying it is said there. This could be a mistake too though xD

Na'vi nì'aw is a great place to practice, but it is just that, a place to practice which means making mistakes, I wouldn't take anything in there as being true unless you see in the other boards too.
