1: How do you say this things in na'vi, or( or else) like: fnu! (or else) oel tspayang ngati
nga new pay asom (or) awew?
you understand what I mean?

I think here you can use the word txokefyaw (if not, or else):

  Fnu! Txokefyaw oel tspayang ngati.

In second sentence use fu and probably ftxey:

Ftxey ngal new payti a lu som fu wew?

And you can't use two attributive adjectives on the same side of the noun: Sì'eyng a ftu Na'rìng #7: multiple attributive adjectives; gerunds; nations. Besides here the verb new is transitive, so you should use agentive and patientive cases :)

2: I was speaking with myself and this is some of what I said: Nga zenke zivup, tslam srak? srane. nga kivä tul...... SET!
You must not fall, understand? Yes. you may run... NOW! Is this right said?

I think, it should be

Nga zenke zivup, tslam srak? Srane, nga tsun tivul...... SET!

Muzer

If you're going to say something else afterwards, the word to end the quote is sìk.
[21:42:56] <@Muzer> Apple products used to be good, if expensive
[21:42:59] <@Muzer> now they are just expensive

Oe tslam kxam....

Why the <ol> in plltxe? ok, it can be there if you mean:  she says (finished action) hello, but if you wanna say: she will say hello, paylltxe san kaltxì, kefyak?

Yeah. I used <ol> because I mean "she said" :) If you want to say "she says" or "she will say" you must use plltxe or paylltxe ;)
