I was going back through the movie again and I was trying to figure out exactly what I was hearing. I am trying to decipher the line where Neytiri says "Calm people, Calm" or pretty close to that, it might have been everyone instead of people but I can't remember. What I heard spoken was "mawey na'via, mawey". Does this look right? Mawey is calm and Na'vi is people but, it sounded like there was an extra syllable on the end of Na'vi, and sounded like Na'vi + ugh.

It puts The People (Na'Vi) in emphasis as the receivers of the sentence.

I keep wondering what it is that Jake repeats after he brings his message about Hometree to Mo'at and Eytukan. Is it "skiva'a"?? I know ska'a is destroy but.... O.o Fff I'm just not cut out for this translating stuff!

We don't officially know what <iv> means as an infix, but it's been spotted several times in various words. Prrton speculated (And context seems to agree with him) that <iv> indicates the conditional mood on the verb...

In simpler terms, skiva'a would then be talking hypothetically about something being destroyed.

It could be that she was actually saying "mawey, Na'Vi amawey" since one would need the Attributive -a- marker to describe the Na'Vi people, emphasizing that not only should they be calm, but addressing them as "calm people"

It's possible, just a bit unlikely in my opinion, seeing as the sentence is clearly cut after The People, in such a way;

"Mawey, Na'Viyä! Mawey!"

You'll probably agree when you see it next time
