I think yes, it should be tsivun since you use it in a modal syntax. But I don't really like two cases in tskot swizawit. Maybe tsko swizawit or tskot sì swizawit would be better. Also, sivar instead of sivi.

We have the two together as a noun:

tsko swizaw [ʦko swi.ˈzaw] (N) bow and arrow.

So my tentative guess would be that tsko swizawit is the correct form.    :)

I'm not completely sure, we haven't seen an official example of that. So probably the safest way here for now is to say tskot sì swizawit.

There's txo, is there any «iv» still missing? (zivene? livu? none?)

I think there is a difference:

  Txo oe lu taronyu, zene livu oer tsko.
  If I am a hunter, I must have a bow.

It means that I'm a hunter and then I need a bow. For example, I can say it when ask to give me a bow, because I'm a hunter. But if I'm not a hunter, I can use subjunctive:

  Txo oe livu taronyu, zivene livu oer tsko.
  If I were a hunter, I should have a bow.

actually I'm not a hunter and I haven't a bow, but if I were... I can use it, for example, when I answer why I haven't a bow.

We're not completely sure about that.  In future conditions ("If you X, then I will Y") you have to use the subjunctive in the if-clause and the future in the then-clause.  But this example is a general condition, which we don't yet know how to form.

We know Frommer is working out a completely different way to say these (contrafactual conditions).  We just haven't got the details yet.
