I don't suppose anyone could have a crack at translating my sig? Please?

I got as far as "Frapo", but I couldn't find a word for loves.
"Everybody loves me... except people who don't"
"Oe yawne lu frapor... oe ke lu suteru mungwrr"

Oe yawne lu frapor... oe ke lu suteru mungwrr
I beloved am everyone-DAT... I not am [PLU]-person-DAT except
I'm beloved to everyone... except people to whom I'm not

I'm certain about the first part; Na'vi doesn't have a verb for love, so the way to express it is to say "X is beloved to Y".
I'm less certain about the second part.

Well, It's better than nothing :)

Irayo, and have a cookie.

"Everybody loves me... except people who don't"
"Oe yawne lu frapor... oe ke lu suteru mungwrr"

You have an adposition hanging out on it's on there, which Na'vi doesn't like.  Even if you are saying it's attached to sute, then you have an adposition and case ending there, which Na'vi also doesn't like.  (As far as we know anyway.)

The except is really an exception to the first clause anyway...  And the people are who is expected.  So you could easily rewrite it as...

Mungwrr sute a foru ke lu
Ftxey lu nga tokx ftxey lu nga tirea? Lu oe tìkeftxo.
