At this point im pretty sure that there isn't one(i mean of as in Leader "OF the clan") I think that is just implied really, or is there an actual word for it?  :)

Not directly a word no.  Saying "X of Y" in that sense is another form of possession...  "Leader of the Clan" and "Clan's Leader" are, really, the same thing.  So....  Just like for the latter, the genitive works for the former...

(Ignoring that this would just be Olo'eyktan...)
Olo'-ä eyktan
Clan-GEN leader
Clan's Leader or Leader of the clan

In addition to omängum fra'uti's excellent post about the use of the genitive to indicate possession, if you mean 'of' as in 'Robin of Sherwood' (like the 'von' in German) then you can use the preposition 'te' e.g.

I'd be hesitant to suggest anyone use "te" at this point.  It's something specifically for full names, and is really an artifact of James Cameron's influence on the language more than anything.  I'd consider it more a cultural thing than a part of the language.

yup I agree - I see it as analogous to the 'von' in names, which is why I linked that, and not for general use for 'of' elsewhere.  Probably best sticking to the genitive if in doubt. :)
