I'm not 100% sure that we can use Na'vina here, but if we could it would mean "the way a Na'vi person would" (in style, manner, etc.) maybe. While nìNa'vi means "in Na'vi language". ... No?

Well, yeah. You're right . "Na'vina" would be "like Na'vi",

The Wiki defines nìNa'vi and leNav'i thusly:

   1. nìNa'vi [nɪ.ˈnaʔ.vi] (Adv) in the manner of the Na'vi.
   2. leNa'vi [lɛ.ˈnaʔ.vi] (Adj) Na'vi (as an attribute), 'Na'viean'.

So I suppose it would depend on how you were wanting to use it; like an adverb (nì) or like an adjective (le).

But I think that when referring to speaking, nìNa'vi seems to be right choice.
