I don't understand what most of this is saying. But, it's still the different thing, wether or not there is a love or not that is associated with heart.

All i want to find out is, since i'm an actual human, how would i tell her I love her.

Unless she speaks Na'vi: buy her some flowers, smile, open your eyes wide and focus on her, then say absolutely anything in from Na'vi/Klingon/Elvish/Russian/Polish/Czech/African etc.

Lu is intransitive so txe'lan would be correct.

I am unsure of this, solely because we are using lu in the dative, possessive pronoun aspect, making it techincally, "to have" therefore possibly changing it to transitive.
