I think we can understand fìkem as pn. "it" or noun "this action", like fìtseng (adv. "here" or noun "this place"). But then fayu also could be possible if you want to say literally "these things" and that will be a noun. Perhaps it's a good question for Pawl ;)

I will ask him this on the next LEP submission. It seems like a quick question but it would be good to get it documented so that we don't forget it.
