Tsmuk / Tsmuktu

Please could someone explain what the difference is between tsmuk and tsmuktu? I've seen both used, but I thought that tsmuk by itself meant sibling, so isn't it a little redundant to add the extra -tu? I know that tsmukan is brother and tsmuke is sister.

Tsmuktu is just another form, like -ìl is another form of-l.

Tsmuktu is a little redundant and is probably tsmuk-tu.
