I am just a numeyu myself, however I can try help correct some of this.

The agentive ending on Tyler (the subject) should be -ìl with the slant mark over the ì.  Thus it should be Tylerìl.

For tsr<aly>e'i, this compound infix <aly> means "will have (throw-ed) thrown".  Threw is past tense.  My interpretation of your sentence is that the throwing action happened and was done with at some measurable time in the (distant) past.  This calls for the infix <am> instead.  Thus it should be tsrame'i.  [EDIT:  Tirea Aean suggested <ol> below as the right infix...  Thus tsrole'i.]

With Na'vi free word order, having mìsngel there is possible.  Not certain if mì is correct though.

With mueviti, we need a change here.  You have combined the number two "mune" with 'evi.  In the Na'vi language, there are special dual/trial/plural prefixes.  These are: me+, pxe+, and ay+.  The + means lentition occurs.  So two eyes would be me+ nari which becomes menari.  Now for two kids (the direct object), it would become me+ 'evi and then the patientive ending needed since you are using a transitive verb. 

(FYI that 'evi really means kids in an affectionate form of child.  And if Tyler is throwing two of them in the trash, I'm not sure how much affection there is, at least regarding them specifically...)

For your example, me+ 'evi experiences a vowel contraction after lentition (the ' goes away).  So you have "mevi".  With the patientive, it becomes mevit or meviti.  However, I would suggest using 'eveng instead as the generic child (without affection).  (If they are boys, it could be 'evengan.)  So using 'eveng, this becomes "mevengit".

Thus a more correct basic sentence could read:

Tylerìl tsrame'i mevengit mìsngel.   (I switched word order for convenience only to match your original translation.)
Tyler threw two kids in the trash.

In my opinion:

• Throw in trash kids is a little bit crual and not appropriate in this case (always in my opinion). Better is to use only verb "tsre'i" with things, right?
• Evi is affectionate version of word "child". The use is more appropriate when a person speaks directly to a child.

Thanks all for your help, I meant to use " ì " (I usually switch my keyboard to a Na'vi layout, but forgot to this time)
and the reason it is 'kids' not 'things' is cause he actually threw two kids in the trash during his HS days (regrets it now of course), so we remind him of it every chance we get as a joke. So I wanted to be able to say it in Na'vi.

as for "Mueviti, I have NiaN and should have caught it, but constructed the sentence in haste.

That doesn't work actually because the topic is a case marking and with adpositions, there is no case marking
