photoshop is easy, i learnt it in 1 month.

colour i used for skin: R: 64 G: 77 B: 109 with 100% opticy

colour i used for eyes: R: 174 G: 112 B: 25

Used Txum Tukru's method and came up with this.

I've never used the liquify filter before, so it took longer than it probably should. Also had to photoshop a lot of the hair.

A nifty program out there called paint.net that kinda acts like photoshop if you want to try some stuff. It's alright but hey it's free!

that is great! just a fair bit too many dots! i just saw avatar again, sorry for my absence. try using the blur tool to meld the stripes to be a bit more part of the features and not so strong! stripes around neck need to be extended. (btw, you do way better at liquidfy than me, maby you should teach me!). how long did this take?, its awesome!

Irayo! I wasn't so sure about the markings, but gotta admit by then I was tired and getting lazy. Might try to fix it up tomorrow. I think it took about three or four hours? I just found some pics that were about the same angle as mine and messed with the liquify tool until it looked about right. I had to zoom in and use the teeny-tiny brushes a lot.

Txen-a Unilyu, the ear, looks good from a glance but if you look hard, you see where it was "slapped" on. may want to fix that!

also, while speaking of ears, here are some cutouts for you guys!

Use Gimp and proud of it. It confuses people who use photoshop to no end why I like it. I think I even have a copy of photoshop elements somewhere I never bothered to install because gimp does me just fine (And I assume the elements version is stripped down compared to the full photoshop anyway).

Well, here's my take at it... spent a lil' time but I think it was worth it.

Ears are mine, metamorphed... Could not find any useful ones for the original size which was 600x800px.

Gonna work on the nose tomorrow a lil more...
