How to PM someone with apostrophe in name. - A Tutorial

Update: After the forum software has been upgraded, the PM system works now. It uses a different way to send PMs.


Unfortunately, the last security update has broken the PM system, so hence this short tutorial.

How to:
First, select the field "Find Members", which is located next to the "To" field.

Then enter the name with a * in place of the ' in that box, e.g. Tsu*tey. This will give a list of names,
which are the closest match to the 'search criteria'. Select Tsu'tey from the list.

Thereafter, the member ID should appear.
[smg id=4909 type=full]
If you want to make sure, that you have chose our 'right' Tsu'tey, search him by the member-ID in the member list.
[smg id=4910 type=full]
This will show if you have the right profile.

If you want to send a PM to more members, repeat these steps.
