Hello,
you can read the wiki as is, just for editing an account is required. If you wish to get one, please let me know your desired handle.

Can someone take a look to see if I have a wiki account?  If not, I should, I guess.

User list is here: http://wiki.learnnavi.org/index.php/Special:ListUsers

I don't see Markì, Txepsiyu, or Toruk Makto there.

What happened to the canon pages?  ??? ??? ???

This still works => http://wiki.learnnavi.org/index.php?title=Canon
But when I try to select every other Jun-March etc. I get a 404 error notification.

Those links all say something in the same form as:

http://wiki.learnnavi.org/Canon/2010/March-June

which is broken, but the form:

http://wiki.learnnavi.org/index.php?title=Canon/2010/March-June

works... ??? :-\

Rewriting is broken, see this works: http://wiki.learnnavi.org/index.php?title=Canon/2010/March-June

I borked it. So.... Anybody any good at rewrite rules?   :o

I found this: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Short_URL/Apache

I am not sure how it was before, it would make sense to either use domain/pagename or domain/wiki/pagename.

Just make sure "api.php" is accessible, might be useful. :)

The Dothraki wiki setup seems to be working.

I think I see what is wrong here. There is no '2010', '2011', etc. pages. There are slashes in the path that suggest these directories should be present, but since these directories don't exist, the redirects don't work. But if you explicitly call the page with php?, it finds the page, as it treats the slashes differently somehow. There are a couple of ways to fix this. One is to create '2010', '2011', etc. pages and add links accordingly. The easier fix would be to eliminate the '2010', '2011', etc. in the path names, and have these years strictly in the page name.

i would fix this, but it has been so long since I logged in that I have forgotten my credentials for this wiki.

And thanks again for fixing the Dothraki wiki. That wiki is working really well now, and the few people that this inconvenienced in dealing with link changes have apparently fixed their links.

And things get stranger. I found my login credentials. I enter them, and they are accepted without error. But I am not logged in. If I deliberately try a wrong password, it tells me 'wrong password'. I seem to remember this happened on the Dothraki side, once as well.

The same problem with my account. When I enter correct credentials, nothing happens. There's still visible link to login.....

Well, I couldn't get the rewrites to work, but I did fix the bloody php session handler so editors can log into the wiki properly now. I changed the links in the canon section to hard urls to eliminate the rewrite problem.

There are literally hundreds of accounts on the wiki. I am guessing a bunch of those are stale and petrified. Without knowing a lot about wikis, I am wondering if the list should be pruned or left alone?
