The theme is now in the "Look and Layout Properties" in the Profile tab for All browsers

Should be clear of bugs. (Only for Firefox and Chrome Users)
Okay, so a few months ago, I made a forum theme and it hasn't gone through. Well, I finally figured out how to work Stylish coding to create a theme, and well, so far it is working good, except for a few amateur images that need some updating. I'll just post up how to get the theme in place.

To install:

-Go HERE, install with either browser.

-Once installed, look for the Stylish Icon/Or just go to the plugins menu.

-Select the icon and pick 'Write New Style'

-Copy and paste this to the box:

Aw, the plugin isn't available for Firefox 4.0. :( It looks really nice.

If I make a mistake, please bring it to my attention for karma.

Hm... never new that. I'll keep looking into it, since I still barely know how to code for Stylish.

It is say not to be compatible, but it works for me (@4.0b6).
Stylish 1.0.11
If it does not want to install... you might have to add Add-on Compatibility Reporter 0.6
Good luck. :)

(Also have Ubiquity, Greasemonkey and Firebug working.)

Edit: By the way, you can also embed the images into the css, like this:

Update

Okay, so now I'm going to start working on the actual Forum CSS form of the theme that I started a few months ago. I asked Payoang recently that I needed a classified table wrapped around the whole body to make the theme work, and he asked me if I was making just a CSS hack or a forum-installable theme, because he liked the idea. So, now that he knows I'm making the theme, I can make the full-on theme that will have many-a-less glitches. So, I'll keep the CSS up, but still be working on the other theme.

[bump] The code has been updated, I like the style a lot, and now I have to integrate it into an installable theme.

Ok, now, isn't there any way to the forum to implement it without us having to proceed as above?

I have downloaded SMF software, and I have to break down the CSS information and put it into a file folder that the software can read. If that works, I'll send it to Payoang to see if he can install it on the actual forum, so it can be viewed on all browsers.

EPIC.

This is win combined with the greasemonkey translation script.

one thing: wassup with the ad at the bottom of the forum? can it be stripped off? not a major concern tho.

guest2859

Oh yeah, Tirea, the SMF software has a language file that's easy to edit. Give me a few hours to get good and I'll send you a copy.
