LEP and guests

Now I've learned that guests can't even see public forums in the LEP section on the forum. It was conceived or it's just a bug?

 There are technical reasons regarding the anonymous posting that have that subforum in it's current configuration. Besides, if people want to participate in the LEP, they should be a member of LearnNavi anyway!  ;)
