I can't seem to be able to get a picture for my account like you guys. how do you do it?

If you mean your forum avatar (which appears to the left of your posts), you can modify it in your profile--click "profile" in the top navigation bar, then on the left, under "Modify Profile", click "Forum Profile Information" and you should be able to upload your own picture =)
