san/sìk - Ergativ usage possible?

in most situations the direct speech takes the place of an accusative object:
oel poltxe san fnu!
but is it also possible to use it in ergative case?
nga lu skxawng sìk ke srung si oer
do i need to add -l/-ìl to "sìk"?
does san/sìk already include the case and therefore a different version must exist for the ergative case?
or is everything understood from context or is the word order important?

We talk about this some in the "Na'vi Nì'aw" board.  I assume it is for reporting speech only, I would say your sentence like this:
Ayoe polängkxo nì'it teri faylì'u pängkxotsengmì "Na'vi Nì'aw"yä. Oel fpìl futa tsa tivok nì'aw tìplltxeti a fko fmawn si, ha oe kxawm pivlltxe ngeäya aylì'u fìfya:

Ke srung si oeru fwa nga plltxe san nga lu skwang (sìk).

or hu

San nga lu skawng sìk nga plltxe a fì'u ke srung si oer.

I think that nicely illustrates the point; he even pulls a Bob Dole and refers to himself in the third person.
