Wouldn't it be fitting?  :D
"Oel lu ean. ta pa ti ta pa tay" (no b's and d's)

I'm not that good with Na'vi grammar, so I haven't translated the whole song.
But if anyone wants to try it, here are the English lyrics:

Quoteyo listen up here's a story
about a little guy that lives in a blue world
and all day and all night and everything he sees
is just blue like him inside and outside
blue his house with a blue little window
and a blue corvette
and everything is blue for him and hisself
and everybody around
cos he ain't got nobody to listen to

i'm blue da ba dee da ba die...

i have a blue house with a blue window.
blue is the colour of all that i wear.
blue are the streets and all the trees are blue.
i have a girlfriend and she is so blue.
blue are the people here that walk around,
blue like my corvette, it's standing outside.
blue are the words i say and what i think.
blue are the feelings that live inside me.

i'm blue da ba dee da ba die...

i have a blue house with a blue window.
blue is the colour of all that i wear.
blue are the streets and all the trees are blue.
i have a girlfriend and she is so blue.
blue are the people here that walk around,
blue like my corvette, it's standing outside.
blue are the words i say and what i think.
blue are the feelings that live inside me.

i'm blue da ba dee da ba die...

inside and outside blue his house
with the blue little window and blue corvette
and everything is blue for him and hisself
and everybody around cause he aint got
nobody to listen to

i'm blue da ba dee da ba die...

I'm blue (if I was green I would die)

This seems like a good song to translate into Na'vi  :)

I loved this song when I was a kid.  :) I'm curious how you'll translate words like street, corvette, window, because those words are definately not used on Pandora.  ;D

street = hometree
corvette = ikran
window = ?
if you see me not spelling words correct, its because im learning to write without looking at the keyboard.

(There are some differences with the original lyrics, but i tried to follow most of them)
(I've taken some liberties with the grammar, since it is a song)
Please note that the grammar and some words are maybe misused , or even does'nt exist!

First test. If someone want to, I can make an instrumental version  ;D
I'll sing it again when I'll have some experience speaking Na'vi fluently...

If it helps, I can get the same exact voicing and sound that he does in the original "Blue."  Even got close to the Synthesized vocals of the Chorus (which is how it's done: he talks into a voice synthesizer, and plays notes on either a guitar or, more likely, a keyboard, and gets the right notes).

I just need to brush up on it again.  And start speaking Na'vi regularly.

I mean, it's as close as it will get, and it's close: I'm a midwestern american, and he's Italian.

The chorus, after listening to it again, can't be done without a voice synthesizer.  And like I said, there are two ways to do so, using a guitar (Ex. Peter Frampton) or keyboard.

If the voice synth is going to happen, we need to find the Key that it is in.  After listening to it, it sounds like it's in a minor key (normal music theory indicate that this makes it a raised 7th, but modern music does otherwise: listen to Chester Bennington at the end of the chorus in "New Divide": it's a "normal" 7th, so it's natural minor).  And with most songs in techno/dance, I could guess that it is in one of two keys: c minor, or a# minor.
