I would say it' s almost right (just toruk-ur instead toruk) :)

IMHO there is still missing connection between toruk and his house - in Na'vi is used "a" marker.
In English we say just Toruk in the house is fine, but Na'vi says: Toruk which is in the house is fine.

So correct should be Srake fpom lu tsawla torukur a hì'ia kelkumì a tok 'Rrtat? or any other version with different word order.
My preferred version would be: "Srake lu fpom tsawla torukur  a mì hì'ia kelku a tok 'Rrtat?"
