How would this be written, and possibly an explanation on this?

You use "a krr" for when.

Utral tsw<ol>ayon a krr, oe-yä ikran-ìl nge-yä palulukan-it y<ay>om.
Utral flew at that time, my ikran ate your palulukan

That's mostly just mimicking the form that Frommer used for such constructs.

You could have noun cases in the second half.  Example:

I became sick when I ate the bad fruit.
Oe slu spxin krr a oel yolom kawnga kxenerit.
